My idea was a Jessie that is now in charge of the Scrapyard instead of Pam, so at least old enough to own a property (20 maybe?)
I really can't say a number because I don't think i can consistently portray that for any character (as in looks or behavior), and I'm not gonnna stick to a lore that changes everytime they feel like it
Anyway, thanks for your score, hope you enjoy future pages as much as i do making them :D
